Las Vegas to the
Tecopa California Hot Springs
 From
Nevada Interstate 15 take the Blue Diamond / Highway 160
Exit heading west-bound toward Pahrump.

From
the Las Vegas 215 ( also known as the"beltway" ),
exit on Rainbow Blvd. South. Turn right
onto Highway 160 ( there is a Texaco Station
on the north side of the road and the Blue Diamond Saloon
on the South Side ).

From
the South Rainbow Blvd. and Highway 160 intersection, travel
Westbound toward Pahrump ~ 33.3 miles. Turn left on the "Tecopa
Road" / "Old Spanish Trail" turn
off. From this turn off, it is about 36 miles to Delight's
Hot Springs Resort.

Travelers
towing large trailers or driving large
RV's may find driving straight from Las Vegas to
Pahrump, rather than turning off onto Tecopa Road, a more
pleasurable driving experience. Continue past the Tecopa
Road turn-off until reaching Pahrump. At the western end
of Pahrump, turn left at the light onto Highway 178, and
follow this stretch of road over the California border until
it ends. Turn Left on Highway 127 ( at this point one is
at the edge of Shoshone California ), travel just under five
miles and turn left on Hot Springs Road. Travel just under
three miles, and Delight's Hot Springs Resort will be on
the left side of the road. This route adds between 10 and
20 minutes of driving time.

Having
turned onto the Old Spanish Trail Road, continue driving
until reaching Tecopa.
CAUTION: Pay close attention to all signs designating speed
limits, especially once reaching California. Drive carefully when reaching
the mountain pass a few miles past the Nevada / California border.
The Old Spanish Trail Road is a pleasant road to travel on. The trip
to the Tecopa Hot Springs from Las Vegas is simple, direct, and safe.
Upon reaching
Tecopa, turn right on Hot Springs Road. This is the first right
turn onto an actual paved road! At the turnoff, you'll see
a stop sign ( for intersecting traffic only ) and you'll see
the Tecopa Post office on the left-hand side of the road.
A few
short miles down Hot Springs Road, on the right-hand side,
you'll see our signs and the old Dutch Windmill. Turn right
into Delight's Hot Springs Resort!
From
the last light in West Las Vegas, at Rainbow Blvd.
and Highway 160, the trip is just under a 70 mile
drive.
